This covers both this website and Ember, the coaching companion app for my clients. The short version: I collect what the coaching relationship needs, nothing is sold or shared for advertising, and you can ask for your data or its deletion at any time.
What the website collects
If you fill out a form here, I keep your name, email, and message so I can reply. Newsletter signups keep your email. Payment for programs is handled by Stripe; I never see or store card numbers.
What the Ember app collects
Ember is invite-only for active coaching clients. It stores your account email, your profile, your intake answers, documents you choose to upload (like a resume), session details and the notes I share with you, homework and your responses, and messages between us. If you choose to add a phone number or mailing address, that's entirely optional and only used to send you something physical, like a welcome package.
How AI is used
If you upload a resume, it is analyzed by Anthropic's Claude to produce a preparation brief that only I can see. It helps me arrive at our sessions already knowing your background. The analysis is not shown to you, is not used to make automated decisions about you, and your documents are not used to train AI models.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase on infrastructure in the United States, protected by row-level security: you can only ever access your own records. Documents live in private storage reachable only through short-lived signed links.
What I never do
No selling data. No advertising. No sharing with third parties beyond the services named above that make the app work (Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Resend for email).
Your choices
Email me at nabeelbarqawi@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your profile, intake, documents, homework, and messages. Session records I'm required to keep for accounting are retained as needed.
