The terms, in plain language.

1:1 coaching, product and AI consulting, team workshops, and speaking. The free 15-minute call is a no-obligation conversation to see whether we're a good fit.

Single sessions are booked and paid through Cal.com and Stripe when you book. Programs, consulting and workshops are invoiced through Stripe at the price we agree in writing before the work starts. Invoices are due by the date shown on them.

You can reschedule a session from your confirmation email. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Coaching is a partnership to help you think, plan and grow. It isn't therapy, medical, legal, financial or employment advice, and it isn't a promise of a job, promotion or particular result. What you get from it depends a lot on the work you put in. You're responsible for the decisions you make.

Ember is invite-only for clients. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell me if you think someone else has used your account. Please don't use Ember to upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you don't have the right to share, or try to reach other members' data.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. I may close an account if these terms are broken, or when an engagement ends, and I'll tell you first so you can save anything you need.

Sessions in Ember are usually recorded so you can watch them back. Everyone on the call sees a notice while it's recording. If you'd rather a session isn't recorded, tell me before we start. How recordings are stored and used is in the Privacy Policy.

What you write and upload stays yours. You let me store and use it only to coach you and run the app.

The guides, templates, slides and other materials I share are mine (or used with permission). You're welcome to use them for your own work and learning. Please don't resell or republish them as your own.

Clients can refer others from Ember. A referral is earned once the person referred pays their first invoice, and the reward is described in the app at the time you refer. Rewards are given by hand, one per person referred, and can't be combined with fake or duplicate referrals. I may change or end the program, but rewards already earned will be honored.

Booking, payments, video, boards and documents run on other companies' services (listed in the Privacy Policy). Their own terms apply to your use of them.

The site and the app are provided as they are. I work hard to keep them running and accurate, but I can't promise they'll always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability to you is limited to what you paid me in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
