Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds.

The 15-minute call is free. Nothing is charged, so there's nothing to refund.

Single sessions (60 minutes for $100, or 30 minutes for $50) are paid when you book. They aren't refundable, but you can reschedule as often as you need from your confirmation email, up to the start time.

If you miss a session without rescheduling, it counts as used.

These are invoiced. Payment, cancellation and refund terms are agreed in writing before the invoice is sent, and those terms apply. If nothing was agreed, sessions or days already delivered aren't refundable, and I'll refund any part paid in advance that hasn't been delivered yet.

If I cancel a session and we can't find a new time that works for you, I'll refund it in full, to the card you paid with.

Email nabeelbarqawi@gmail.com with the date of the session or the invoice number. Refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
